A doula offers informational support by keeping you and your birth partner informed with evidenced based information about various pregnancy and birth procedures options. You and your birth partner will then choose what is best for you. A doula supports you and your decisions about your pregnancy and birthing preferences.
A doula helps create a calming birth environment by providing many tools, of which include but are not limited to physical support, such as massages, counter pressure, breathing guidance, and position changes for optimal labor progression and comfort. A doula can also assist in helping the client hydrate during labor.
A doula helps create a continuous loving presence in the birth environment, and offers guidance, reassurance, and encouragement. A doula also helps to emotionally support by working through fears and doubts about pregnancy and birth with you and your partner with a caring, non-judgmental, and empathetic heart.
Doula Packages
Standard Package $800
2 prenatal doula meetings (1-2hrs each)
1 postpartum visit (1hr)
Up to 12 hours of doula services during labor
Additional $35/hour for every hour over 12 hours attended during the labor
Unlimited availability via phone/text during pregnancy to answer questions
Chiropractic visits $75 per treatment
